SIL/SLA
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a shared living experience for people with disability who have SIL funding in their NDIS plan. Supports are often 24/7, nurturing personal growth in a safe and supportive environment with the goal to build your independence at home and connect you with your local community.
Our support workers are present 24/7 (if required) to help you with daily living tasks like cooking and planning meals, personal care including showering and dressing, cleaning, taking medication and attending appointments, getting outdoors and exercising, and attending activities and events.
All transport is provided as well as a program of regular excursions and outings for residents.
Shared living arrangement (SLA)
Many seniors prefer to age in their own home, but this can grow more and more difficult as the years pass. Your loved one doesn’t need to give up on the familiarity and comfort of their home, simply because they cannot remain completely independent.
Our personal care services are specially designed to provide additional assistance to enhance your loved one’s independence.
Our personal support workers offer assistance with activities such as:
- Personal grooming, bathing, toileting, and hygiene tasks
- Mobility and transfers
- Medication reminders and monitoring
- Companionship
- Light housekeeping, meal planning, and meal preparation
- Shopping and errands
